27 January 2010 A quick rebound from its brief recession has meant Brazil is shaping up to be one of the investment hot-spots of 2010, according to one portal. Property Frontiers has tipped the South American country to be one of its top sellers in the coming year, with news that it will be hosting two of the world's biggest sporting tournaments coming at just the right time. David Cox, director, noted that an increasing number of people were predicting a surge of interest in the nation. He cited the large number of news articles discussing Brazil's economic recovery, as well as news that it has vast oil reserves and a booming agricultural sector as reasons for the country's growing popularity. "And that is why Brazil is now internationally recognised for its property investment potential and will be a hot seller in 2010," Mr Cox explained. Brazil will be hosting the 2014 Football World Cup as well as the 2016 Olympic Games.
